here is what is preventing us from getting warm. there is a lingering upper level low talking about it last week. we're talking about it all over again this, week. this is going to sit here and it will be playing with the marine layer so continuous counterclockwise rotation will be keeping onshore flow that is wind coming off the waters coming into our area next few days and... that means the temperatures will be running below normal for tuesday and wednesday, and then, once this low kicks on out of here, we'll start to see a return closer to average by thursday, friday. overnight tonight turning gray in all areas so tomorrow morning, temperatures into 50s and under overcast skies and tomorrow afternoon, there is a gray clearing away for sunshine. mid-70s in san jess yeah and up to 80 degrees in los gatos, you'll see the sun but it will be later into the afternoon. 69 in san ma dayo upper 50s at beaches. you need sweater or jacket. downtown 62 degrees and looking at north bay communities, 68 in santa rosa. you're into mid-60s hoping
